ABOUT GLOBAL BRIDGEX (GBX)
GBX is an International Trade Agent & Export Facilitator based in Ho Chi Minh City, connecting Vietnamese manufacturers with buyers across the US, EU, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East. Core products include cashew nuts, dried fruits, and frozen export produce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and build lists of potential import companies aligned with GBX’s target markets
- Identify and verify decision maker information (name, title, email, LinkedIn)
- Execute outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn; systematically follow up and nurture leads
- Schedule and prepare briefings for meetings with prospective clients
- Support preparation of quotations and bilingual trade documents as required
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, product specifications, and MOQ
- Update the sales pipeline and submit regular progress reports
- Carry out additional business development tasks as directed by management
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong English communication skills — able to write clear, professional business emails
- Eager to learn, thorough in research, comfortable with cold outreach
- Self-motivated and disciplined; fits a startup environment
- Preferred: experience in logistics, import/export, B2B sales, or international customer service
- Preferred: prior experience using LinkedIn or email outreach to prospect clients
