– W-180: Largest whole white kernel. Premium confectionery and gourmet retail.

Quality parameters to specify in your contract:

– Moisture: max 5%

– AFI defect tolerance per grade

– RCN origin: Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Benin, Cambodia – directly affects outturn and kernel quality

– Food safety certification: HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, or Organic (NOP / EU Organic) depending on target market
